drill bit guider for
high tibial osteotomy. The
drill bit guider comprises positioning rods, a positioning block, sliding rods, sliding rod locking bolts, a
drill module anda universal adjustment mechanism, the quantity of the positioning rods is two, the front ends of the positioning rods are inserted into the
knee joint cavity of a patient, and the middle portions or the rear ends of the positioning rods are fixedly connected with the positioning block; the sliding rods are inserted into through holes at the positioning block, and the sliding rod locking bolts arescrewed into threaded holes at the positioning block, and prop against the sliding rods; and the drill module is close to a position, needing spacer implantation, of the
proximal tibia of the patient,and is connected with the sliding rods through the universal adjustment mechanism, and the drill module is provided with a row of
drill bit guiding holes corresponding to the
tibia of patient. The position and the angle of
tibia drilling are adjusted by the sidling rods and the universal adjustment mechanism by using a tibial platform as a positioning reference, so the drilling difficulty is greatly reduced, thereby the drilling accuracy in
high tibial osteotomy is ensured, the smooth implantation of the spacer is guaranteed, the operation efficiency is effectively improved.
