The invention discloses an
endoscope stapling device for implementing fundoplication. The
endoscope stapling device comprises a
handle, a tapered protective sleeve, an
insertion tube, a rigid section,a bent part, and a top part. The front end of the
handle is fixedly connected to the
insertion tube by the tapered protective sleeve. The front end of the
insertion tube is fixedly connected to the rigid section, the bent part and the top part in sequence. The side of the rigid section and the end of the top part form a stapling mechanism. The top part is provided with a micro camera, an ultrasonic
detector and a
surgical stapling unit. The
handle is used to control a bending angle of the bent part, so that the end surface of the top part can correspond to the side surface of the rigid section, thereby enabling the top part to be in a stapling state. The
endoscope stapling device of the present invention can be used for the surgical fundoplication with minimally invasive stapling operation under the endoscope, and is a treatment technique for resisting gastroesophageal
reflux disease. The whole operation is performed under an
endoscopic stapler system and can be completed only within1-2 hours. The endoscope stapling device of the present invention achieves high compliance of patients and minor injury. Compared to traditional
surgery or lifelong medication for the gastroesophagealreflux
disease, the endoscope stapling device of the present invention is a more attractive treatment technique.
