The bleeding stopping cuff comprises a cuff body for binding a wound of a patient, an electric valve, an air pump, a pressure sensor and a single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer is used for controlling the electric valve to be switched on to enable the air pump to inflate the cuff body through the electric valve. The pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure in the cuff body in real time and transmitting the pressure value to the single-chip microcomputer.
