material consumption, low production efficiency and high cost of an existing
wireless charging device, the cross section of a winding material of a coil of the high-performance
wireless charging device is in a shape of non-circular rectangle or square; since winds wound by the winding material are positioned on a same plane and of consistent interval specifications, each coil winding is a
coiled body comprising a plurality of flat sheet-like winds which are positioned on the same plane and of consistent interval specifications, and the coil winding can be integrally formed. The high-performance wireless charging device is mainly applied to wireless charging in the field of electric vehicles and intelligent mobile phones. Experiment shows that the space magnetic
loss rate of the high-performance wireless charging device is decreased by 85%, the receiving and transmitting efficiency is improved by 20%, and defective ACR can be avoided; and the coil is small in size, occupies small space, can be formed by using a mold without manual or mechanical winding, and is low in
material consumption, high in production efficiency and low in production costs, thereby significantly improving the benefit.
