The invention relates to a sauce, particularly bone extract oil, prepared by the following steps: 1) washing off fresh pig bones, then putting the clean pig bones in a stainless steel sandwich pot and adding clear water to immerse the clean pig bones, then heating by steam, removing foams on the surface after boiling, and processing for 5-30 min; 2) crushing the processed pig bones into pieces, adding spices, then putting the pieces and spices into an enclosed extraction equipment, carrying out high temperature cooking for extracting, wherein the weight of the water added herein is 3-3.5 times the weight of the pig bones, the temperature is between 138 and 150 DEG C, the time is 3-6 h, the bone soup obtained by filtration is bone stock, and the addition amount of the spices is 0.1-0.5 % of the weight of the pig bones; 3) carrying out vacuum separation; 4) carrying out constant temperature curing: keeping warm at a temperature of 70-80 DEG C for 5-6 h; and 5) carrying out vacuum condensing to obtain the bone extract oil. The bone extract oil prepared by the invention has much higher nutritive value than other traditional condiments and has pure taste, and the bone extract oil can become a welcome condiment.
