A closed loop heat therapy blanket provided for warming a patient to prevent or treat hypothermia. The closed loop heat therapy blanket includes first and second sheets secured to each other such as to define a supply manifold, at least one supply duct, a return manifold and a return duct. The first sheet defines a supply inlet opening into the supply manifold and a return outlet opening from the return duct. Heated air is introduced into the supply manifold and travels through to the return outlet and through an outlet hose. As the heated air travels through the blanket, a portion is communicated through the second sheet and toward the patient. A heat source is provided for collecting and heating ambient air, and for collecting preheated air from the outlet hose. In one embodiment, a humidifier is provided for controlling the moisture in the air being directed toward the patient.

Passengers select or create a flight listing that defines the requested air travel, where others can view and join the flight listing. If one or more passengers reject the flight listing, the cost per passenger is recalculated and passengers are notified again until all passengers accept or reject the flight listing. A grain drying tower comprises a heater and blower separating a heating plenum and a cooling plenum. A method for searching for airline travel based upon seat characteristics specified by a traveler is disclosed. Travel information is received indicating an origin, a destination, one or more travel dates and one or more seat characteristics other than class of service, all as specified by a traveler. Seat characteristics may include aisle, middle or window seat, bulkhead, row or seat number, individual view screen, power port access, etc. Flights meeting the origin, destination, and date(s) are identified, and then seat maps providing seat information and availability for the identified flights are retrieved. The seat information and identified flights are correlated to identify available seats having the specified seat characteristics, and pricing for those seats is then calculated. Information about the available seats having the specified seat characteristics and the pricing of those seats is then provided for display to a user to select a flight and seat for booking.

A flow regulating valve for a respiratory treatment system is disclosed, as well as a vent arrangement comprising the flow regulating valve. The flow regulating valve may include an inlet, an outlet, and a variable conduit in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet.
