Abstract

An edible oil production sewage treatment process comprises the following steps: S1, adding 0.1-0.4% of a treating agent on the basis of 100% of edible oil production sewage by weight, wherein the treating agent comprises rice hull ash and quick lime; s2, enabling the edible oil production sewage added with the treating agent to pass through a mixed air floatation tank and the added treating agent to be subjected to full mixed air floatation, demulsification, flocculation and phosphorus removal; s3, filtering out solids and adsorbing part of grease from the edible oil sewage subjected to sufficient mixing and air floatation with the added treating agent through a stepped filter bag; s4, removing grease from the filtered edible oil production sewage through an oil collector; and S5, further carrying out solid-liquid separation and water-oil separation through a standing pool. The invention also provides an edible oil production sewage treatment system. Chemical agents do not need to be added, the treated sewage is low in phosphorus content and oil content, the yield of solid precipitates is small, the solid precipitates can be directly used as raw materials of biological fertilizers, the cost is low, and the treatment time is short.
