The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing a grafting reaction on basic materials, acrylonitrile, an acrylic acid reagent and metallic oxide aqueous dispersion under the condition of co-radiation; performing amidoximation under a neutral and alkaline environment, so as to obtain the uranium extraction from seawater adsorbent with antibacterial property.
