Embodiment

[0054] Example: A rapid analysis method for free amino acid content in fresh cabbage samples

[0055] Described rapid analysis method comprises following two parts:

[0056] The first part is to prepare the solution, and then use high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method to establish the standard curve of the measured free amino acid with known gradient concentration; the establishment of the standard curve consists of the following steps:

[0057] Step (1), prepare amino acid standards, respectively aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, histidine, glycine, arginine, threonine, alanine, proline, cystine, tyrosine amino acid, valine, methionine, lysine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine;

[0058] Prepare instruments and equipment: 2695 high performance liquid chromatography with 2475 fluorescence detector (Waters Company); TG16-WS desktop high-speed centrifuge (Hunan Xiangyi Experimental Instrument Company); K600 pulverizer (German Braun Company); L...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly analyzing free amino acid content in a vegetable fresh sample. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: crushing and uniformly mixing the vegetable fresh sample; taking ultra-pure water as an extracting solvent; digesting for 20min under water bath at 90 DEG C; centrifugally filtering, and then taking 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimdyl carbamate as a derivation agent for pre-column derivatization; using an XBridge C18 chromatographic column for gradient eluting; and using a high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector for separating and detecting. The method has the advantages of quick and simple sample preparation, low cost, quick determination, high precision, accuracy and stability and excellent linear relation; the whole analysis process is quick, sensitive and excellent in reproducibility; the method is suitable for quick analysis for the free amino acid in the vegetable fresh sample and is easy to be popularized and applied; and an ideal analysis method is supplied for identifying the quality of vegetables and developing and utilizing the vegetables.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of analytical chemistry, in particular to a rapid analysis method for the content of free amino acids in vegetables. The rapid analysis method can simultaneously separate and analyze 17 kinds of free amino acids in fresh vegetable samples. Background technique [0002] Vegetables play an important role in people's daily dietary structure. They can provide the human body with rich nutrients such as vitamins, carotene, mineral elements and dietary fiber, and are deeply loved by consumers. Amino acids are important nutrients in vegetables. The content and composition of various amino acids directly affect their nutritional value and are closely related to human taste. Moreover, for vegetables, different kinds of amino acids are essential components in their growth and development, and play an important role in nitrogen assimilation, protein synthesis, and resistance to pests and diseases. Therefore, it is of great signi...
