Abstract

The invention provides an amino functionalized graphene / chitosan composite NH2-G / Cs for electrochemical detection of heavy metal copper ion, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. Graphite oxide as a raw material and ammonia as a reducing agent and a nitrogen source are subjected to a hydrothermal one-step reaction to obtain amino functionalized graphene; and then the amino functionalized graphene is treated by ultrasound dispersion into an acetate buffer solution of chitosan to obtain the NH2-G / Cs. Electrochemical performance tests show that the glassy carbon electrode modified by the NH2-G / Cs composite prepared by the invention can be used to detect heavy metal copper ions, not only achieves highly selective detection of copper ions but also has the excellent performances, which a single electrode does not have, and the characteristics of high detection sensitivity and good stability. Further, the invention has the advantages of cheap and easily available raw materials, environment friendliness, simple preparation process and low cost; and the composite is an ideal choice for the electrode material of heavy metal copper ion sensors.
