The preparation process comprises the following steps: crushing; soaking; heating; concentrating; carrying out backwashing extraction; collecting a pasty material deposited at the bottom and cooling to 15-30 DEG C; evaporating and concentrating; and finishing. In pre-treatment, a state solid-suspension transformation mode, namely powder is soaked to a suspension. An efficient backwashing extraction operation mode is then utilized. In the backwashing extraction operation, the area and time of contact between the raw material and the extracting liquid (ethanol) are effectively increased, so that the extraction effect is enhanced; the active ingredients in the material pre-treated are extracted with the highest efficiency to the maximum extent.
