[0035] Preparation of raw graphite oxide and composites

[0036] Preparation of graphite oxide

[0037] Graphite oxide was prepared by the modified Hummers method as a raw material for the preparation of hexagonal cobalt-nickel alloy-graphene composites.

[0038] Weigh 5 grams of graphite powder (Shanghai Yifan Graphite Co., Ltd.), 5 grams of NaNO 3 (Xilong Chemical Factory, Shantou City, Guangdong Province), and 230 ml concentrated H 2 SO 4 (Beijing Chemical Plant), placed in an ice-water bath, slowly added 30 grams of KMnO 4 (Tianjin Kemiou Chemical Reagent Development Company), this process takes about 15 minutes. Remove the ice-water bath, put it in a 35°C water bath, and slowly add 460 ml of distilled water. During this process for about 30 minutes, the product gradually turns from black to brown.

[0039]Then put it in a 98°C oil bath for 15 minutes.

[0040] After withdrawing from the oil bath, add 1400 ml warm water, stir, add 100 ml H 2 o 2 (Beijing Chemical P...

Abstract

The invention relates to a hexagonal phase nickel-cobalt alloy nanocluster-graphene composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of electromagnetic wave absorption materials. The hexagonal phase nickel-cobalt alloy nanocluster-graphene composite material with good wave absorption performance is prepared at a low cost according to the thermal decomposition method which is easy, convenient and fast to implement and good in reduction effect. The preparation method comprises the steps of (a) adding graphite oxide into 2-pyrrolidone and dispersing the graphite oxide; (b) adding cobalt acetylacetonate, nickel acetylacetonate and octadecylamine, heating the mixture to 110-140 DEG C in the atmosphere of inert protective gas, maintaining the temperature for 20-40 minutes, then heating the mixture to 230-245 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 1.5-2.5 hours; (c) adding an organic solvent to stop the reaction suddenly; (d) isolating a reaction product; (e) optionally washing and drying the reaction product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials, in particular to a hexagonal phase cobalt-nickel alloy nanocluster-graphene composite material, its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The rapid development of wireless communication technology in industry, commerce, and military industry has brought great convenience to our life, but at the same time, it has also brought electromagnetic wave hazards. This makes it extremely urgent to prepare materials that can absorb electromagnetic waves and to study devices that can absorb electromagnetic waves. Therefore, research on materials with high absorption capacity, wide absorption range, good oxidation resistance, strong thermal stability, and low density for electromagnetic waves has attracted widespread attention. [0003] Although important progress has been made in the synthesis of magnetic particles, maintaining the stability of magnetic par...
