[0084] Provide below the preparation method of primer for plastics of the present invention (in the following steps, each component is added in proportion):

[0085] Step 1: add thermoplastic acrylic resin, polymer copolymer containing pigment affinity group, unsaturated polyamic acid homopolymer, silicone, and cellulose ester in sequence, then stir and mix at 800RPM for 5 minutes;

[0086] Step 2. Add pigments and nano-scale fillers to the solution obtained in Step 1, stir evenly at 2000-3000 RPM, and grind until the fineness is less than or equal to 10 μm;

[0087] Step 3. Add multifunctional reactive diluent and bifunctional reactive diluent to the solution obtained in step 2, and stir evenly at 800RPM;

[0088] Step 4, mix the cleavage photoinitiator, hydrogen abstraction photoinitiator, acylphosphine oxide photoinitiator and ethyl acetate until it is clear and transparent, then add the mixed solution to the solution obtained in step 3, then get The primer for plastics of...

Abstract

The invention discloses priming paint for plastic cement. The priming paint comprises the following components by weight: 20-40% of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 0-2% of pigment contained affine perssad macromolecule interpolymer, 0.1-0.3% of unsaturation polyamic acid homopolymer, 0.1-0.2% of organosilicon, 20-40% of cellulose ester, 2-10% of pigment, 3-5% of nanometer stage padding, 5-10% of polyfunctional group reactive diluent, 2-5% of dual-functional group reactive diluent, 1-3% of cracking-type photoinitiator, 0.5-1% of hydrogen taking type photoinitiator, 0.5-1% of acyl phosphine oxidate photoinitiator and 10-15% of acetic ether. The priming paint is an ultraviolet photocureable coating and has good flame plating viscosity in a work progress. The priming paint solidifies under irradiation of ultraviolet lamps and only needs 3-4minutes of solidifying time, and a larger amount of electric power is saved. Consumption of the priming paint of each electrombile respectively is reduced by 34% and 45%. The priming paint has good hardness and ground floor adhesive force, and the priming paint for the plastic cement is combined with finish paint for the plastic cement for use and can keep good ply adhesion with the finish paint for the plastic cement on an upper layer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to coatings, in particular to a primer for plastics. Background technique [0002] People's awareness of environmental protection is constantly improving, and environmental protection laws and regulations are gradually promulgated and implemented, and are constantly being improved. This situation forces companies in the manufacturing field to continuously improve production processes to improve the affinity between products and nature. At present, the paint industry is also gradually developing in the direction of water-based and UV (ultraviolet curing) which are environmentally friendly and energy-saving. UV curable coatings are quickly accepted and promoted by the market because of their environmental protection, fast and low energy consumption, and their application range is becoming wider and wider. However, the spray paint used for plastic parts in the motorcycle and electric vehicle industries still has problems such as hig...
