Problems solved by technology

[0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gel containing a core-shell structure in order to overcome the defects that the oil field control and displacement agent in the prior art cannot enter the deep formation, the active ingredient content of the emulsion is generally low, the fluidity is poor, and the initial particle size of the product is large. A method for preparing a microsphere emulsion deep control agent, and an emulsion deep control agent containing a core-shell structure gel microsphere prepared by the method. The initial particle size of the control agent is small, it can enter deep formations, and the emulsion is effective High component content, good fluidity, and through the same or different charge between the core layer and the shell ion monomer of the control and drive agent, volume expansion and mutual cementation will occur under the action of formation water and temperature to meet the requirements of the oil field. Control and drive needs of different geological reservoirs

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an emulsion deep profile / displacement control agent containing gel microspheres of a core shell structure. According to the method, materials are fed many times to carryout inverse emulsion low-temperature oxidation and reduction to initiate free radical polymerization so that water-solubility monomers (including acrylamide, ionic monomer I, the ionic monomer II and the third monomer) react with a cross-linking agent to generate the emulsion deep profile / displacement control agent containing gel microspheres of a core shell structure. The invention also relates to the emulsion deep profile / displacement control agent containing gel microspheres of a core shell structure, which is prepared by using the method. The profile / displacement control agent is a water-solubility microgel oil displacement material containing gel microspheres from nano scale to micron scale; with small initial grain size, the profile / displacement control agent can enter into the deep part of stratum; in addition, the profile / displacement control agent has high emulsion active component content and good flowability, can have volume expansion and mutual cementation under the actions of formation water and temperature according to the condition whether charges carried by the ionic monomers at a core layer and a shell layer are same or not; therefore the profile / displacement control requirements of different geological oil deposits of oil fields can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an emulsion deep control and displacement agent containing core-shell structure gel microspheres, and the emulsion deep control and displacement agent containing core-shell structure gel microspheres prepared by the method. Background technique [0002] With the continuous deepening of my country's oil exploitation, major oil fields in my country have entered high water cut period one after another. As an important means of tertiary oil recovery, profile control and water shutoff technology has been widely used in various oil fields. The existing profile control methods, such as cement slurry, oil-based cement, milk of lime, resin, active heavy oil, water-soluble polymer gel, etc., have played a certain role in enhancing oil recovery in different periods, but in practice It is found that the application of these technologies generally only has an adjustment effect on the reservoir profile within 20 meter...
