Abstract

The nano aluminium plastic composite panel is characterized by orderly comprising a nano baking finish surface layer, a fluorocarbon coating (2), a primer coating (3), a front aluminium plate (4), a plastic layer (6), a back aluminium plate (8) and an anti-corrosive bottom layer (9) from top to bottom. In the invention, the compact nano baking finish surface layer is baked on the surface of the fluorocarbon coating, thus, when oil stain or dust contacts the surface of the aluminium plastic composite panel, the dirt can not permeate into molecules due to the compact nano surface and can fall off along with rain when rain flushes. Therefore, the aluminium plastic composite panel has the advantages of favorable anti-dirt effect, strong self-cleaning performance and excellent acid and alkali resistance. By means of the invention, the construction cleaning and maintenance cost in the later period is greatly lowered. Since a binding film is arranged between the aluminium plate layer and the plastic layer, the process is simple, and the aluminium plastic composite panel has the advantages of high peel strength and long service life, and satisfies the requirement of modern decoration for high grade.
