Problems solved by technology

However, with the in-depth discovery of application and research, this method also has some problems, which greatly limits its wide application in clinical practice.
These problems are mainly (1) plasma spraying is a linear process, and it is difficult to make the coating uniform when used on porous or complex-shaped substrates; (2) the temperature is high during the preparation process, and the interface between the substrate and the coating will exist during cooling High residual stress; (3) The high temperature process of plasma spraying is easy to decompose HA, resulting in the formation of impurity phases in the coating, and the crystallinity of HA is low; (4) The structure of the coating is low in density, and the implantation After the human body, physiological tissue fluid easily penetrates into the substrate interface along the connected pores, causing interface corrosion and coating peeling off (5) The original material should use high-purity HA powder, which is expensive

Embodiment 1

[0020] Adopt the method of the present invention to process on commercial pure titanium surface, specifically as follows:

[0021] (1) Commercially pure titanium was selected, and the sample was polished to 800# with water-resistant sandpaper, washed with acetone and deionized water for 20 minutes each, and air-dried at 40°C.

[0022] (2) Using stainless steel as the cathode and titanium metal as the anode, prepare 3M sulfuric acid solution as the electrolyte, and use the electrolyte as the conductive medium to perform anodic oxidation treatment. The electrolysis parameters are: the temperature of the electrolyte is 20°C, the electrolysis voltage is 30V, and the anodic oxidation time is 1min, so that a titanium dioxide film is formed on the titanium surface.

[0023] (3) Soak the anodized titanium sample in NaOH solution, the concentration of NaOH solution is 5M, the treatment temperature is 80°C, and the treatment time is 48h. After alkaline treatment, gently wash with disti...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of surface modification of biomedical materials, in particular to a biological active coating on the surface of titanium or a titanium alloy and a preparation method thereof. The coating is a composite gradient coating; the inner layer is a titanium oxide film layer with the thickness between 0.5 and 10 mu m; the intermediate layer is a sodium titanate gel film layer with the thickness between 0.1 and 10 mu m; and the outer layer is a hydroxylapatite layer with the thickness between 1 and 15 mu m. A method combining anodization and alkali treatment is adopted to prepare the biological active coating on the surface of the titanium or the titanium alloy, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an oxide film with certain thickness on the surface of the titanium or the titanium alloy by an anodization method; secondly, forming a layer of porous netty sodium titanate gel film layer on the surface of the oxide film by an alkali treatment method; and finally, depositing the bone-like hydroxylapatite layer on the surface of a sample after the treatments in a simulated body fluid. The method can effectively improve the biological activity on the surface of the titanium or the titanium alloy; and the surface has a coarse porous structure, so the bonding force of the hydroxylapatite layer and the adhesive ability of cells are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of surface modification of biomedical materials, in particular to a bioactive coating on the surface of titanium or titanium alloy and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Among biomedical metal materials, titanium and titanium alloys have gradually become human hard tissue substitutes and repairs such as dental implants, bone trauma products, and artificial joints due to their excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, comprehensive mechanical properties and process properties. material of choice. However, the structure and properties of titanium and titanium alloys are very different from those of bone tissue. Titanium is an inert material, and usually cannot chemically bond with bone tissue like bioactive materials. Its combination with bone is a mechanical lock. , has no obvious promotion effect on the healing of body tissues, and the healing time is longer. The use of surface modif...
