A keyboard is provided having illuminating keys. The keyboard includes a light channeling membrane and key members constructed at least partially of translucent material so that light produced from a light source is channeled upwardly to the upper surfaces of the key members. The light source may include LED or LEC systems in adjoining relationship to the light channeling membrane or light pipe. In a preferred embodiment, the light source is constructed of a substantially planar illuminescent sheet which underlies the light channeling membrane. In an alternative preferred embodiment, a light pipe is constructed to illuminate light laterally along a portion of its length to illuminate a plurality of key members.

A reversibly collapsible wild game feeder for containing and making available feed for the feeding of wild game including birds, squirrels or the like. The feeder has a generally cylindrical, durable bag having top and bottom ends. The bag is comprised of flexible, durable mesh that allows birds, squirrels or the like to perch and feed anywhere on the exterior of the bag without damaging the mesh. The feeder is self standing when placed on the bottom end and may be hung from a horizontal support. The empty feeder collapses to a fraction of its full height for storage and shipment.

A light guide is provided for illuminating innumerable constructions, but which is ideally suited for illuminating the keys of a keyboard. The light guide includes a translucent planar plate having a top, a bottom and sides. Further, the light guide includes one or more cavities which project upwardly into the translucent plate from its bottom surface. The cavities are hollow or filled with a translucent material so that the translucent plate and the one or more cavities form translucent interfaces where the cavities interface with the plate. The light guide also includes a reflector which covers the plate bottom and cavity openings. Light produced by a light source, preferably in the form of one or more LEDs, is transmitted to and through the translucent plate until striking the plate-cavity interfaces where the light is refracted into the cavities' interior or reflected upwardly to the plate's upper surface. After initial refraction into a cavity, the light reflects off the reflector and travels again into the translucent plate until transmitted from the plate's upper surface. Preferably, light guide is positioned within a keyboard housing with the cavities underlying the keys so that light is transmitted from the translucent sheet to the keys.

Flap side edge noise mechanisms have been addressed in a large number of studies during the last decades. A specific vortex system emanates from the flap side edge due to the static pressure difference between the upper and lower flap surfaces. Such pressure difference leads to a merging between the two vortex systems that are generated on the upper and lower edges of the flap side contour. The present invention intends to show the application of a perforated blade seal (21) at the lower (11) and/or upper (8) side edges of the control surface contour, such as a flap (3), with the purpose of acting as a vortex generator, making difficult for the lower vortex system to move upwards and merge with the upper vortex system. The gatherer includes a basket assembly connect to a first end of a shaft and a handle and trigger connected to a second end of the shaft. A pair of pivotally hinged doors biased to a closed position by a spring device attach to a frame member in the basket assembly via depending tabs, and a gatherer head comprised of wire bails separate the doors. A decorative cover for interchangeable attachment to buttons to change the appearance of the button. The decorative cover includes a base member with a hollow bore extending through at least one end thereof, and a decorative part permanently attached to an opposite end. An inner surface of the bore frictionally engages an outer edge of the button to retain the base member in place but permit it to be removed when desired. In one embodiment the base member is an elastomeric material having a durometer to enable the button to press into an inner surface of the bore. A detent may be provided in the bore to engage the button to assist in holding the decorative cover in place. In another embodiment the base member is longitudinally split into two semi-cylindrical segments that spread apart to enable a button to be engaged between them.

A body support device adaptable to support the weight of a user is presented. The body support device comprises a padded support member having a front surface and a rear surface. A plurality of connecting rods is attached with the padded support member. The padded support member is fastened to an upper torso area of the user utilizing a plurality of padded securing straps and may be contoured to fit the anatomy of the user. An elongated extendable member is pivotally connected to the front surface. The elongated extendable member is adaptable to orient in a plurality of directions thereby enabling the user to position in a plurality of different postures. A height adjustable foot member connected to the elongated extendable member telescopically moves along the length of the elongated extendable member to position the user in the plurality of postures.
