The invention relates to a production method of low-
cholesterol-content ALA-enriched eggs. The production method comprises the following steps of preparing a Chinese herbal
medicine composition which comprises the following components of fresh ginger
powder, peach kernels, radix puerariae, roots of herbaceous peonies, purslane,
great burdock achene, glabrous greenbrier rhizomes,
radix rehmanniae preparata, and radix achyranthis bidentatae,
grinding the components into
powder together, and sieving the
powder with a 40-mesh
sieve; preparing a
nutrient composition; taking the following components in parts by weight of 50 parts of a completed feed for laying hens and 0.5-1 part of the Chinese herbal
medicine composition, uniformly mixing the completed feed for laying hens with the Chinese herbal
medicine composition so as to prepare a feed A, feeding the laying hens of 60 days old with the feed A, and continuously feeding the laying hens with the feed A until the laying hens are 125 days old; taking the following components in parts by weight of 50 parts of the completed feed for the laying hens, and 0.5-1 part of the
nutrient composition, uniformly mixing the completed feed for the laying hens with the
nutrient composition so as to prepare a feed B, feeding the laying hens which are older than the laying hens of 125 days old with the feed B, and continuously feeding the laying hens with the feed B in the whole process of the
egg laying period of the laying hens. When people eat the eggs produced by the method disclosed by the invention, the trace elements of the ALA and the like can be complemented at the same time, and the
cholesterol content of the produced eggs is lower than that of general eggs.
