clutch assembly of a crane power device. The
clutch assembly of the crane power device has the advantages that heat dissipation is rapid, the contact area of a
clutch plate is increased, and the damping
stroke is large. According to the technical scheme, the clutch
assembly of the crane power device comprises a
flywheel, friction discs, damping mechanisms, a fixing box, an
extrusion mechanism, a third spring and the clutch plate; the
extrusion mechanism is arranged in the fixing box, the fixing box is fixedly connected with the
flywheel, the number of the friction discs and the number of the damping mechanisms are two respectively, one friction disc and one damping mechanism are arranged in the fly wheel while the other friction disc and the other damping mechanism are arranged in the
extrusion mechanism, the two friction discs are rotationally connected with the
flywheel and the extrusion mechanism respectively, the two friction discs are fixedly connected with the two damping mechanisms, and the two friction discs clamp the clutch plate through the extrusion force of the third spring on the extrusion mechanism. According to the clutch assembly, rotation buffering of the friction discs and the clutch plate is realized through the damping mechanisms.
