The propellant comprises, by weight, 15-50 parts of propane and 50-85 parts of butane. Mass ratio of the propellant to the feed liquid is (0.25-1.25):1. The waterless hand sanitizer can give out strong and everlasting flip-flop musical sound when being used, thus bringing joy to users. In addition, the waterless hand sanitizer can have an obvious effect of cooling palms of a user and gives an ice-cool and refreshing feeling to the user.
