invasive surgery. The orthopedics
curette comprises a
curette and protective tube provided with a clamping block which are connected into a whole, wherein the protective tube is connected in a channel of a curette rod, a curette
handle and the clamping block; a
video transmission device is arranged in the protective tube, and is an image
pickup assembly consisting of a
light guide fiber bundle, an
electronic circuit board which is connected with an
image sensor, a video
signal line and a camera; the image
pickup assembly is connected with the video
signal line, the
light guide fiber bundle and a
light source; and the camera is arranged close to the curette rod. The functions of the curette and a
sight are combined, observation,
surgery and treatment are integrated, a reliable surgical appliance is provided for the application of orthopedics minimally
invasive surgery, and only a
small incision is required to be formed on a focus; and the curette is inserted into a wound, and
surgical operation is performed directly under a display screen of a display, so that the real status of
pathological changes of tissues inside bone
vertebra and the entrance depth of a curette head can be observed more clearly, the accuracy of examination and
surgical operation is increased, damages caused by blind reduction of normal tissues are reduced, and pain, burdens and medical risks of patients are reduced.
