Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) The equipment used by the ammonia distillation method is huge, the amount of steam consumed is large, and the operating cost is high. Moreover, when the ammonia nitrogen concentration is not too high, such as less than 1000mg / L, this method is very uneconomical for treating wastewater
[0006] (2) Various A / O methods and improved biological treatment methods require long hydraulic retention time (about 30 hours), large reflux ratio, high investment and operating costs, and complicated operation control
[0007] (3) The A / O method requires that the wastewater has a relatively coordinated nutrient ratio. When the concentration of organic matter is very low, the A / O process requires an additional carbon source, which increases the processing load.
[0008] (4) When the wastewater is refractory and toxic organic wastewater, the normal growth of microorganisms is inhibited, the biochemical treatment is difficult, and the denitrification effect is correspondingly affected

Embodiment 1

[0024] Example 1, coking wastewater is considered to be difficult-to-treat industrial wastewater with a high concentration of ammonia nitrogen. First use alkali (sodium hydroxide) to adjust the pH of the wastewater to 10, and put it into a microwave reactor for radiation treatment for 3 minutes. Microwave sensitizers (such as MnO 2 ), under the action of microwave radiation, many high-temperature hot spots will be formed on the surface of the sensitizer. During the contact process between the waste water and the surface of the sensitizer, ammonia nitrogen will be evaporated and escaped at high temperature. After the completion of the wastewater testing, it was found that when the pH of the wastewater was adjusted to 9.0, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen decreased from the initial 380mg / L to 45mg / L; when the pH of the wastewater was adjusted to 11, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent was less than 10mg / L, reaching the first-level discharge standard.

Embodiment 2

[0025] Example 2, for urban domestic sewage with an ammonia nitrogen concentration of 18.7 mg / L, the pH is about 8.0, and the pH is not adjusted, and it is put into a microwave reactor pre-filled with a sensitizer. Direct microwave radiation for 2 minutes reduced the concentration of ammonia nitrogen to 6.3 minutes; when irradiated for 3 minutes, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen decreased to 1.8 minutes.

Abstract

The invention discloses a handling method about microwave waste water denitrogenation, containing three steps of waster water preconditioning, microwave denitrogenation processing and gas collectiong. Waste water preconditioning is used to adjust and stabilize the water quality of waste water, adjusting waste water's pH value above 10; domestic sewage is not adjusted pH. Microwave denitrogenation can make the ammonia nitrogen in waste water escaped with form of ammonia gas at the action of microwave, reaching denitrogenation effect. Gas collectiong processing is collecting the alkaline air escaped in the microwave processing, avoiding air pollution. This method has the advantages of high ammonia nitrogen removement effect, short processing time, low operation cost, small equipment volume and high automation degree. This method is the same with the waste water containing high concentration ammonia nitrogen, such as coking waste water, garbage infiltration liquid, chemical fertilizers, agricultural chemicals waste water some pharmacy waste water and so on, also adapted for denitrification processing of domestic sewage.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to waste water treatment technology, in particular to a waste water denitrification treatment method. technical background [0002] Due to the development of industry and agriculture, the rapid increase of population and urbanization, a large amount of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen are discharged into natural water bodies, resulting in eutrophication of water bodies, resulting in excessive algae reproduction and algal blooms. The state regards nitrogen and phosphorus pollution control as an important content of regional environmental pollution control in the medium and long-term scientific and technological development plan. In the treatment of some high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater, such as coking wastewater and landfill leachate, it is still very difficult to discharge ammonia nitrogen up to the standard. Therefore, it is very important to develop efficient and economical was...
