Abstract

The invention relates to a two-component coating used on a JTS composite film, which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 34 parts of NPEL128 epoxy resin, 3 to 7 parts of modified toughening resin, 0.2 to 0.4 part of a dispersing agent, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a boiling-resistant auxiliary agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of organic bentonite, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a thixotropic agent, 19 to 26 parts of an antirust pigment, 16 to 19 parts of barium sulfate, 3 to 7 parts of silica powder, 10-14 parts of xylene and 2-6 parts of butanol, and the xylene and the butanol are used as solvents; the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of a ZG-6019 cardanol curing agent, 5 to 15 parts of a ZG-8013 reactive diluent and 35 to 45 parts of xylene which is a solvent; and the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 10: 1. The two-component coating has very strong adhesive force with the JTS composite film and has very good corrosion resistance.
