Embodiment 1

[0023] The site was selected for trial operation in the Agricultural College of Changjiang University, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, and 2m of sludge was taken from Jingzhou Sludge Treatment Plant 2 , the moisture content of the sludge is 83%, and it goes through the following steps:

[0024] S1. Use a grinder to crush the residue of Flammulina velutipes into particles smaller than 0.5 cm in size, and set aside;

[0025] S2. Pulverize the rice straw with a pulverizer to a powder with a particle size of less than 0.1 mm, and then mix it with the fly ash evenly at a volume ratio of 10:1 to obtain a mixed powder, which is set aside;

[0026] S3, a variety of biological control strains, including plant growth-promoting fungus kb-3 (NCBI accession number MF457482), Bacillus (NCBI accession number MK601657), Pseudomonas Korea (NCBI accession number MK599140) and Burkhold Bacteria (NCBI accession number MK601672) and other bacterial strains were respectively propagated and cultured...

Embodiment 2

[0035] The site was selected for trial operation in Hubei Zhongpai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, and 20m of sludge was taken from Zhongxiang City Sludge Treatment Plant 2 , the moisture content of the sludge is 80%, and it goes through the following steps:

[0036] S1. Grinding Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii mushroom slag into particles smaller than 0.5cm in size to obtain mushroom slag particles, which are set aside;

[0037] S2. Pulverize the rice straw, wheat straw and sawdust into a powder with a particle size of less than 0.1 mm, and then mix them with fly ash at a volume ratio of 10:1 to obtain a mixed powder for later use;

Abstract

The invention relates to a sludge-based disease-resistant seedling raising substrate production method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing waste materialssuch as mushroom residue particles, agricultural straw crushed substances and sawdust powder with fly ash, sludge and biological control microbial inoculum to obtain a product P1; performing aerobicfermentation on the product P1, and turning and throwing the product P1 every 7 days by a turning and throwing machine to obtain a product P2; sieving a product P3, returning oversize to step S4 for mixing, compounding throughs with perlite, vermiculite, coconut shell silk and trace elements to obtain a matrix P, and adjusting pH and EC of the matrix P to obtain a seedling raising matrix finishedproduct. The invention provides the sludge-based disease-resistant seedling raising substrate production method. Sludge and agricultural waste are used as raw materials, the disease-resistant seedlingraising substrate is produced by oxygen fermentation of microorganisms such as mushroom residue microorganisms and biological control strains, the problem of difficulty in sludge treatment at presentis solved, and a brand-new disease-resistant seedling substrate is provided for agricultural production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for treating sludge, in particular to a method for producing a substrate for disease-resistant seedling cultivation based on sludge. Background technique [0002] Sludge is the sediment produced in the process of sewage treatment by urban sewage plants, as well as the residue floating on the surface of sewage. [0003] Sludge is rich in N, P, K and organic matter. It is a good seedling substrate resource, which can increase the yield of crops. The humus produced by the decomposition of organic matter in sludge can improve the soil and is a good soil conditioner. However, the sludge has a high salt content, a high content of heavy metals and various types, mainly including Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd, Ni, etc.; the sludge contains bacteria, viruses, worm eggs and other harmful pathogens to the human body. Harmful microorganisms such as these pathogenic bacteria will be brought into the soil to spread diseases. These are the most i...
