The waterborne acrylic acid modified epoxy basalt scale anticorrosive paint is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is composed of, by weight part, 30-65 parts of waterborne acrylic acid modified epoxy emulsion, 10-30 parts of basalt scales, 5-10 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate, 0.1-1 part of defoamer, 0.1-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-2 parts of dispersant, 0.3-1.5 parts of anti-flash rust agent and 10-50 parts of deionized water; the component B is composed ofwaterborne isocyanate curing agent; the component A and the component B are compounded at a weight ratio of 100:(5-20). The basalt scales serving as a pigment filler are higher in acid-base resistance, thermal resistance and thermal deformation resistance compared with common glass scales and accordingly enhance the comprehensive performance of coatings.
