The invention provides a D-A type conjugated polymer, a preparation method and applications thereof, wherein a compound having a structure represented by a formula defined in the specification, an electron donating monomer and a catalyst are subjected to light shielding reaction in an organic solvent system under the protection of an inert gas, and column chromatography purification is performed to obtain the target product.
