Abstract

The structure general formula of the demulsifier is as shown in the formula I, and the preparation method of the demulsifier comprises the followings: (1) chitosan is subjected to alkylation modification, so as to obtain alkylated chitosan; (2) the alkylated chitosan is subjected to carboxyalkylation modification, so as to obtain alkylated carboxyalkyl chitosan; (3) terminal hydroxyl of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether is subjected to esterification modification, so as to obtain esterified polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether; and (4) the modified polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether and the alkylated carboxyalkyl chitosanare in reaction so as to obtain the polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether grafted alkylated carboxyalkyl chitosan. The chitosan type natural high-molecular compounds are used as raw materials, therefore, the crude oil demulsifier has the advantages of wide raw material sources, being natural, non-toxicity, good biocompatibility and being degradable.
