Abstract

The invention discloses a purification preparation method of morphine alkaloid, morphine hydrochloride and a heroin hydrochloride standard substance for forensic science drug detection. The purification preparation method comprises: (1) detecting the purity of heroin hydrochloride in seized heroin samples, and selecting the seized heroin samples having a heroin hydrochloride content of more than or equal to 60 wt% as a raw material for purification preparation of morphine alkaloid, morphine hydrochloride and a heroin hydrochloride standard substance; and (2) preparing the morphine alkaloid, the morphine hydrochloride and the heroin hydrochloride standard substance by using high performance liquid chromatography. According to the present invention, the obtained morphine alkaloid, the obtained morphine hydrochloride and the obtained heroin hydrochloride standard substance are analyzed and confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy, the definite values of the purifies are determined by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, and the impurities unresponsive to chromatography are determined; and according to the standard substance development requirements, the evaluation of the stability, the uniformity, the definite value and the total uncertainty meets the relevant provisions, and the desired indicators are met.
