The mother strain is prepared with the adoption of a solidified medium and a liquid medium, and the fermentation culture of ganoderma leucocontextum mycelia is conducted with the application of a liquid medium in accordance with a liquid strain culture method, so that the large-scale production of ganoderma leucocontextum stock and cultivated strains is achieved. The method is low in cost and easy to implement, and the method can be widely applied to the large-scale artificial production of the ganoderma leucocontextum.
