According to the method, the mould roughcast, with a D-type graphite form in a roughcast inner cavity part and A-type graphite forms in other roughcast outer parts, is obtained by methods of carrying out process control and boiler-front inoculation treatment, adding alloy elements such as Mo, V, Ti, Cr, Cu and Al, adopting chilled iron cores and the like.
