The preparation method comprises: vacuumizing polyether diol and polyether triol, dehydrating, degassing, adding low-volatility isocyanate, vacuumizing and degassing to obtain a component A of a polyurethane elastomer; adding rare earth carboxylateinto the vacuumized and degassed polyether triol under the action of ultrasonic waves to perform an reaction, adding a plasticizer, an inorganic filler and a pigment, mixing by stirring, vacuumizing,and removing dampness to obtain a component B of the polyurethane elastomer; uniformly mixing the component A and component B of the polyurethane elastomer according to a mass ratio of 1:3 to 1:5; and adding black rubber particles which is 0 to 50 percent based on the total added amount of the component A and the component B, polymerizing and solidifying to obtain the polyurethane floor paving material with high mechanical performance, high anti-aging performance and high mold resistance.
