The cold rolling oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: a) 1-20 parts of aromatic acid diester, b) 1-25 parts of fatty acid monoester, c) 0.01-5 parts of a fog resistant agent and d) 50-97.99 parts of base oil; and the structural formula of the aromatic acid diester is shown in the specification, wherein R1 and R2 are chosen from alkyl groups with 3-8 carbon atoms.
