Embodiment 1

[0010] Example 1: Put cement, lime, gypsum, sand, and water into the mixer at one time according to the set mixing ratio, add the admixture, calcium carbonate slurry and aluminum powder, continue stirring, pour into the mold, and put it into the mold after standing still for 2 hours. Autoclave the kettle for 10 hours, remove the mold from the kettle. Three pieces of concrete were formed for each group, cured to the specified age, and the compressive strength of the cubes was tested respectively. Compared with the reference specimen without nano-calcium carbonate, the 1-day compressive strength of the finished autoclaved aerated concrete mixed with nano-calcium carbonate increased by 30.3%, and the 7-day compressive strength increased by 21.1%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing autoclaved aerated concrete, which comprises the following steps: firstly, generating nano calcium carbonate emulsion in a carbonization reactor, dehydrating to obtain nano calcium carbonate slurry with a water content of 40 to 60 percent; and secondly, adding the nano calcium carbonate slurry into concrete slurry, mixing, stirring, pouring, forming a gas, static cutting, autoclaving for maintenance and forming, wherein the dry mass of the added nano calcium carbonate slurry is 1 percent based on the total mass of dry materials. Pressure strength tests show that the pressure strength of finished autoclaved aerated concrete with nano calcium carbonate is much higher than that of a reference test piece without nano calcium carbonate. In the invention, the structural strength, homogeneity and compactness of the product are improved and enhanced by adding the nano calcium carbonate slurry into the autoclaved aerated concrete slurry and by using the micro aggregate effect of the nano calcium carbonate; meanwhile, nano calcium carbonate particles function as crystal nuclei to improve the crystallinity of tobermorite, so the macro strength of the product is further improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of nanomaterials and the field of concrete preparation, in particular to a preparation method of high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete. technical background [0002] As environmental protection and sustainable development have become more and more hot issues in today's construction industry, autoclaved aerated concrete, which integrates the advantages of light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, etc., is once again popular as a light wall material. s concern. However, the unique porous structure of autoclaved aerated concrete makes it have the problem of low strength, which seriously affects the sensory quality and use function of buildings, which is not conducive to the further development of this material. Judging from the current research and application status, the strength of autoclaved aerated concrete still has a lot of room for improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to improve the st...
