Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that aluminum alloy material and advanced indirect extruding and casting process are adopted, so that the moulding material of the gas meter end cover is light in weight and good in corrosion resistance performance; the aluminum alloy melt solution is crystallized at a higher mechanical pressure, the crystal grain is refined, the organizational density is increased, and the defects of porosity, shrinkage, needle eye and the like inside the casting are eliminated, thereby significantly increasing the air tightness, hardness and tensile strength of the casting.
