Problems solved by technology

[0022] So far, solid-phase polymerization is mainly used to increase the molecular weight of polyester (PET, polylactic acid PLLA, etc.), and there is no report of using solid-state polymerization to synthesize block copolymers.

Embodiment 1

[0070] Add 140g crystalline polyester prepolymer A1, 1.25g 1,6-hexanediamine B1, 1.57g 1,6-hexanedioic acid B2, 0.45g stannous acetate and 0.6g p-toluenesulfonic acid into a 500ml three-necked bottle , connect the mechanical stirring, nitrogen and decompression pipelines. After the system was replaced with nitrogen three times, under the flow of ultra-pure nitrogen, the temperature was raised to 165° C., and after the mixture was completely melted, stirring was started at 100 rpm for 10 minutes. After cooling down to 100°C, the mixture was crystallized at 100°C for 2 hours. Take out and crush the mixture and sieve, take 50g of 100-250um powder and put it into a vacuum oven, reduce the pressure to 200Pa, perform solid phase polymerization at 145°C for 10 hours, and obtain 45g of block copolymer. As determined by GPC, the weight average molecular weight Mw is 54000.

Embodiment 2

[0072] Add 160g of crystalline polyester prepolymer A2 and 2.44g of caprolactam B5 into a 500ml three-necked bottle, and connect the mechanical stirring, nitrogen and decompression pipelines. After the system was replaced with nitrogen three times, under the flow of ultra-pure nitrogen, the temperature was raised to 170° C., and after the mixture was completely melted, stirring was started at 100 rpm for 10 minutes. After cooling down to 100°C, the mixture was crystallized at 100°C for 2 hours. Take out and crush the mixture, take 50g of 100-250um powder and put it into a vacuum oven, reduce the pressure to 200Pa, perform solid phase polymerization at 148°C for 10 hours, and obtain 46g of block copolymer. As determined by GPC, the weight average molecular weight Mw is 79000.

Embodiment 3

[0074] Add 120g of crystalline polyester prepolymer A4, 3.54g of p-phenylenediamine B3, and 5.44g of terephthalic acid B4 into a 500ml three-necked bottle, and connect the mechanical stirring, nitrogen and decompression pipelines. After the system was replaced with nitrogen three times, under the flow of ultra-pure nitrogen, the temperature was raised to 220° C., and after the mixture was completely melted, stirring was started at 100 rpm for 10 minutes. After cooling down to 160°C, the mixture was crystallized at 160°C for 2 hours. Take out and grind the mixture and sieve it, take 50g of 100-250um powder and put it into a vacuum oven, reduce the pressure to 200Pa, perform solid phase polymerization at 200°C for 16 hours, and obtain 47g of block copolymer. As determined by GPC, the weight average molecular weight Mw is 55000.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing block polyester-acid amide prepolymer, which comprises the following steps: in the inert atmosphere or under reduced pressure, polyester prepolymer A and acid amide compound or composition B containing amino compound are melted, and even blended in the situation of adding or non adding catalyst; the molten mixture is crystallized; the solid phase polymerization is carried out to obtain the block polyester-acid amide prepolymer in inert atmosphere or under pressure and under vacuum and in the temperature of lower than the melting point of A or B but higher than the glass transition temperature of the A and the B. The method has the advantages of wide source of materials, low cost, simple technique, environmental protection, low polymerization temperature, high quality of products and being capable f obtaining high molecular weight copolymer, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of macromolecular materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing block polyester-amide copolymers by using a solid phase polymerization method. Background technique [0002] Block polyester-amide copolymer [0003] Polyester and polyamide are two very important polymer materials in the polymer industry. They have their own advantages and disadvantages. For polyester, when it is used as textile fiber, it has poor water absorption and is prone to static electricity. However, the advantage of polyester is that it has good solubility and is easy to hydrolyze; it also has good impact resistance, high modulus and strength. In addition, the existence of ester bonds lowers the melting point, which is beneficial to the processing and preparation of fiber materials and various types of materials in the molten state. Compared with polyester, the disadvantage of polyamide is its low modulus, poor rigidity, and...
