Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure sensitive adhesive using starch as substrate material, in particular to a pressure sensitive adhesive which is prepared by taking starch as substrate material and causing graft monomer to be grafted and copolymerized on the substrate material, and the preparation method of the pressure sensitive adhesive. The main components of the pressure sensitive adhesive of the invention comprise starch graft monomer copolymer prepared by starch substrate and graft monomer. The preparation method uses monomer mixture to take grafting and copolymerization on starch molecular surface, and embeds degradable starch chain segment on the formed high polymer long chain to reach the aim of realizing the degradable pressure sensitive property of polymer. According to the principle, the degradable pressure sensitive adhesive, with starch as substrate, and acrylates and other monomer mixtures as grafting monomer and prepared after repeated experiments, reaches the requirement of the application property of the pressure sensitive adhesive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive using starch as a base material, in particular to a pressure-sensitive adhesive made by grafting and copolymerizing graft monomers on the base material with starch as the base material, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive method of preparation. Background technique [0002] Pressure sensitive adhesive is a very widely used material and plays an important role in packaging, office, medical, automobile manufacturing and other industries. There are two main types of materials used to make pressure sensitive adhesives, rubber and acrylics. Early pressure-sensitive adhesives were mainly solvent-based rubber and emulsion-type acrylic copolymers, both of which contained a large amount of solvents, which would cause serious environmental pollution during the process of glue synthesis and tape preparation, causing a series of Environmental issues. With the improvement of environmental protection laws and...
