Abstract

The invention relates to a nanoparticle surface modification method, comprising following steps: the nanoparticle is processed by SOCl2, and is reacted with tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide (TBHP) to form into a peroxide solicitation radical; the free radical polymerization reaction is transferred by reverse atomy which is triggered through the surface, and the polymerization of the cinnamene monomer is triggered by the free radical polymerization reaction; thereby the nanometer compound particle which is enwrapped by the graft polystyrene on the surface of the nanoparticle is prepared. Due to the active compound particle at the end of the outer-layer polymer of the nanometer compound particle composed through the free radical polymerization reaction of reverse atomy transfer triggered by the surface, the active compound particle can be used as giant molecule evocating agent to trigger the methacrylic acid methyl ester monomer to implement free radical polymerization transfer through the atomy on the surface; after the two surface solicitation polymerizations, the nanometer compound particle which is enwrapped by the methacrylic acid methyl ester is prepared. The invention has the advantages that: a good organic and inorganic nanometer compound material can be prepared through the surface solicitation polymerization reactions, and the nanoparticle surface is modified successfully, and the dispersivity and stability of the nanoparticle can be improved.
