The present invention is characterized in that the composition is a mixture of the fibrin glue and the vasodilating agent; the mixing concentration changes in the range from 0.1mg per ml to 10mg per ml according to various kinds of vasodilating agents. In the present invention, the long acting composition of the fibrin glue vasodilating agent with sustained release property has the following properties of good tissue compatibility, slow releasing of the drugs, long maintenance in the application area and reduction of the side effects to the human body. The present invention is applied in the control during surgery as well as the prevention and treatment after the surgery, which can cause the vasospasm attack. The present invention is particularly applied in the prevention and reduction of the convulsive seizure, which occurs in the coronary artery bypass grafting operation or after the operation.
