The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogenation of
hydrocarbon oil, in particular to a catalyst with a
hydrogenation catalysis effect, a preparation method and application of the catalyst and a heavy oil hydrogenation deasphaltenizing method. The catalyst contains a carrier and a hydrogenation
active ingredient loaded on the carrier, the hydrogenation
active ingredient contains at least one VB-group
metal element, and the carrier is a compound which contains
hydrated alumina, is provided with at least two
proton receptor sites, and is obtained by forming of a
hydrated alumina with the psi value being 1.8-5. According to the catalyst of the invention, the carrier with high strength is prepared by taking
hydrated alumina wet gel as a starting material, a step for
drying the hydrated
alumina wet gel is omitted, a total technological process is simplified, total operation
energy consumption is reduced,
dust pollution caused by preparation of the carrier from pseudo-
boehmite dry gel
powder as a
raw material is avoided, and an operation is greatly improved. The catalyst has high catalytic activity.
