The invention discloses a liquor steaming device which comprises a steam generator, a distiller, a liquor steam tube and a condenser. The steam generator is a steam boiler, the steam boiler is provided with a steam producing space containing water and water steam and a plurality of lower half section steam guiding tubes communicated with the steam producing space. The distiller comprises a distilling tank, the space containing fermented grains on the inner side of the distilling tank is a fermented grain distilling space, and a plurality of upper half section steam guiding tubes are arranged on the wall of the distilling bucket. One end of each upper half section steam guiding tube is communicated with the fermented grain distilling space, and the other end of each upper half section steam guiding tube is detachably connected with the upper end of the corresponding lower half section steam guiding tube. The upper half section steam guiding tubes and the lower half section steam guiding tubes jointly form a steam conduit communicated with the steam producing space and the fermented grain distilling space. The condenser is provided with an air outlet tube and a liquor outlet tube. The liquor steaming device is further provided with a first steam guiding tube, a second steam guiding tube and an air blower, wherein the first steam guiding tube is communicated with the steam space and the air blower, and the second steam guiding tube is communicated with the condenser and the air blower.
