The invention relates to an osmanthus fragrans and ligustrum sinensis seedling grafting cultivation method. The method includes steps: 1) rootstock culture; 2) scion selection; 3) grafting; 4) survival culture; 5) transplanting. Ligustrum sinensis selected in the method is tough in wood texture, resistant to cold, suitable for trimming and shaping and slow in growth and has a heat clearing effect.By adoption of a ligustrum sinensis seedling as a rootstock, after successful grafting with osmanthus fragrans, an osmanthus fragrans tree shape can be effectively improved by trimming in a growth process. Since ligustrum sinensis contains Chinese herbal medicine components and is resistant to cold and slow in growth, normal growth of grafted plants can be better guaranteed, and the survival ratein grafting breeding is increased remarkably.

Bamboo harvesting method

The invention discloses a method for collecting branches of bamboo chips. The method comprises the steps of 1) selecting freshly-cut bamboo, and making the bamboo into the long-strip-shaped bamboo chips with the widths as about 3cm-5cm, wherein the lengths of the bamboo chips are determined according to the lengths of the branches to be collected; preprocessing a tree prepared to be transplanted before the tree is transplanted, removing endogenous branches, insect-plague branches and diageotropic branches, and reserving the other branches; selecting one tree branch with poor elasticity and the thickness within the range of 3cm-8cm, vertically clamping the two bamboo chips on the tree branch, and jointly winding, tightening and fixing the bamboo chips and the tree branch by means of bandages; using rubber belts for being connected with the end A and the end B of the branch with the bound bamboo chips (fastening the rubber belts only at the end A of the thinner branch), then, forcefully tensioning and folding the tree branch to the main trunk direction of the tree branch until the tree branch can not be pulled, and then binding the main trunk of the tree with the rubber belts; repeating the steps, and sequentially collecting the other thicker branches with the poor elasticity of the tree prepared to be transplanted until the main branches of the tree to be transplanted are collected.
