Abstract

The invention discloses a blending combustion method applied to blending combustion of low-ash-fusion-point high-sulfur lignite in pulverized coal fired boiler fuel. The blending combustion method comprises the following steps: step one, transforming an original boiler, additionally arranging a steam-primary air heater in a primary air channel between an air preheater and a coal mill of the original boiler, producing steam of the steam-primary air heater from tertiary extraction of a steam turbine, and heating primary air at an outlet of the air preheater through the steam-primary air heater; and step two, conveying the coal for normal combustion and the low-melting-point high-sulfur lignite to different coal mills correspondingly and milling the coal into pulverized coal in the different coal mills, then conveying the pulverized coal to different combustors of the pulverized coal boiler to be combusted, namely, conveying the pulverized coal of the low-ash-fusion-point high-sulfur lignite to a lower-layer combustor and conveying the pulverized coal of the coal for normal combustion to an upper-layer combustor. Compared with a stokehole blending combustion mode of feeding coal after blending in a coal yard, the blending combustion mode of carrying out separate grinding and blending combustion in the boiler can be more targeted in air distribution adjustment; and the problem of non-uniform stokehole blending can also be prevented.
