Problems solved by technology

The coating prepared by thermal spraying has low bonding strength to the substrate and high porosity of the coating, so it is difficult to achieve the required performance; traditional laser cladding has a small amount of amorphous formation due to problems such as large dilution and low cooling rate. Severe crystallization, it is difficult to give full play to the excellent properties of iron-based amorphous alloys

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrahigh-speed laser cladding iron-based amorphous coating, and belongs to the technical field of surface engineering. The preparation method comprises the steps that an ultrahigh-speed laser cladding process with the laser power being 1.0 kW to 2.5 kW and the scanning speed being 100 mm / s-250 mm / s is adopted for preparing a layer of iron-based amorphous coating on the surface of a substrate, and cooperation between the laser power and the scanning speed is optimized. The forming performance of the iron-based amorphous coating is improved to the best, the dilution rate of the substrate to the iron-based amorphous coating is reduced to the minimum, the latest ultrahigh-speed laser cladding technology is successfully applied to preparation of the iron-based amorphous alloy coating, and the iron-based amorphous alloy is prepared into a defect-free surface protection coating with the thin thickness (hundred microns). Limitation of amorphous brittleness and size effect can be avoided, and excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be brought into full play, so that protection on the surface of a mining hydraulic support piston rod is realized, and economic loss caused by failure of the hydraulic support piston rod is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of surface engineering, in particular to a method for preparing an ultrahigh-speed laser cladding iron-based amorphous coating. Background technique [0002] At present, the method commonly used in industry to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance is mainly to prepare coatings on its surface. Iron-based amorphous alloys have the characteristics of long-range disorder, short-range order, and no grain boundary dislocations. They have excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance. Wear resistance, is the best choice for preparing surface corrosion and wear resistant coatings. However, conventional iron-based amorphous coatings are mainly prepared by thermal spraying and traditional laser cladding. The coating prepared by thermal spraying has low bonding strength to the substrate and high porosity of the coating, so it is difficult to achieve the required performance; traditional laser clad...
