The sealing prime coat component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 60 parts of a fluorocarbon resin emulsion, 2 to 6 parts of a film-forming agent, 2 to 3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 2 to 3 parts of a thickening agent, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 1 to 1.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 5 to 10 parts of a cosolvent and 30 to 50 parts of water. The photocatalytic topcoat component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 to 7 parts of modified graphene loaded titanium dioxide powder, 9 to 12 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 30 to 50 parts of methylbenzene.
