Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, high-quality agricultural products are favored by consumers, and the society's requirements for food safety are getting higher and higher. Traditional agriculture has low benefits, high costs, and insufficient use of farmland, making it increasingly difficult to adapt to society. The progress of the agricultural industry has further forced agricultural workers to study more advanced agricultural production methods
[0003] At present, the rice-duck co-cropping model has been adopted in the rice fields in southern my country. The rice-duck co-cropping has greatly played the production function, breeding function and ecological function of the paddy field. However, there are still many problems in the current rice-duck co-cropping mode. There are strict requirements on the row spacing of paddy fields, and most of the ducklings put into paddy fields are first domesticated and then put into paddy fields after taking epidemic prevention measures. The technology is complicated and the cost is high, which makes it difficult for the technology of rice-duck co-cropping to be widely adopted. Promotion

Abstract

The invention provides a rice-duck integrated farming method. Seed rice is directly sown into a wheat or rape field and no strict row spacing is set among rice seedlings, so that utilization efficiency of the sunlight is improved, and rice growth is promoted; by releasing a great amount of ducklings into a rice field in a seedling stage, the ducklings stir a water layer in the field into muddy water, weeds are difficult to sprout and grow so as to take a weeding effect, rice field insect pests can be removed, and a pesticide is not applied; by decomposition of straws, faeces of the ducklings and a supplemented organic fertilizer, growth of the rice seedlings is supported, and a chemical fertilizer is not applied; the ducklings are only one day old, can be released into the rice field without being domesticated, are allowed to freely find food in the rice field, and can sleep outdoors in the field after about 10 days so as to recover natural haggardness of the ducklings; due to naturalstocking on the ducklings, duck meat is low in fat content, high in lean content, high in meat quality, delicious in taste, high in safety, and very high in economic value and nutritional value; and the rice is not applied with the chemical fertilizer or the pesticide in the planting process, and thus, the rice is high in quality, good in taste, high in value, good in economic benefit and suitablefor popularization.
