Abstract

The addition of the sodium polyacrylate organic matter improves the rheological properties of the slurry, and makes the high solid phase and the rheological property considered at the same time; and the strength and the toughness of the ceramic slurry are enhanced, so that the ceramic slurry is smoothly extrudedunder a micro-flow extrusion molding process, no liquid phase migration occurs or the generated liquid phase migration is low and can be ignored, and an extruded green body is not prone to collapsing.
