The method comprises the steps of rolling, quenching and tempering, wherein in therolling step, the rolling temperature of the first stage is 1050-1150 DEG C, and the steel airing thickness is 50 mm larger than the thickness of the steel plate; the rolling temperature of the second stage is 880-930 DEG C; water cooling is conducted after rolling, and the tempering temperature is 400-600 DEG C; in the quenching step, the quenching temperature is 850-880 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 2-2.50 min / mm, and water cooling is conducted after heat preservation; and in the tempering step, the tempering temperature is 350-450 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 2.5-3.0 min / mm,water cooling is conducted after heat preservation, and then the quenching and tempering type 27 SiMn abrasion-resistant steel plate can be obtained.
