Abstract

The wear-resistant surface filler prepared according to the invention adopts isoprene as the raw material, is introduced with rigid alpha-terpinene, and is compounded with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, thus ensuring no damage to the internally wrapped ceramsite and reducing the breakage rate of ceramsite. The method provided by the invention utilizesa silane coupling agent to modify the ceramisite surface, also adds acrylamide and the like for grafting, utilizes the contained sulfonic group and other hydrophilic groups to absorb water, enables agood swelling process of the obtained proppant after encountering water, thus increasing the spacing of propped fractures and improving the propping efficiency.
