The LED energy-saving lamp with the health-care function comprises a base (1) and a circuit board(2), and is characterized in that the circuit board (2) is arranged on the base (1); and at least one LED lighting source (3), at least one LED red light source (4) and at least one LED ultraviolet light source (5) are arranged on the circuit board. The LED energy-saving lamp with the health-care function provided by the invention has the advantages that (1) a red light is adopted to better stimulate a hematopoiesis function of a human body;(2) by adopting segmented control, a user can select common LED cold light illumination, LED warm light illumination with the red light, and LED health-care illumination with the red light and an ultraviolet light according to the user demand; (3) the electric power ratio of the lighting source, the red light source and the ultraviolet light source is 7:2:1, so that the best health-care effect can be achieved; and (4) the LED energy-saving lamp with the health-care function is wide in application range, and particularly suitable for northward offices, northward house types of point type high-rise buildings, basements and all places with insufficient sunlight.
