The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing and mixing thecomponents according to the designed proportion, conducting hot pressing molding, curing and machining, and thus obtaining the low-noise high-metal friction plate for the military vehicle. Under the premise that the density of the metal friction plate is not greatly reduced, the brake noise incidence is greatly reduced.
